The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him "Immanuel" — which means, "God with us."
during the first times that i joined Bible study, or even the orientation for Sunday school teachers, i was subtly struck at the REAL-ness of God as we closed our eyes and prayed. There is a stillness, a gentleness, but the most obvious sense that there is a PRESENCE with us.
"Emmanuel." "God is with us." He always has been. It's only up to each one of us to decide if we want to be with Him.
merry Christmas everybody :)
