Please take note of the following guidelines that will be used by CS with regards to the handling of relief goods for victims of typhoon Ondoy:
1. Donations (blankets, new/used clothings, canned goods, bottled water, etc) are welcomed and will be received by the Office of Student and Public Affairs (ADSPA). The donations will be turned over to the College of Science Student Council at 4 pm of every donation day for classification and packaging.
Cash will also be accepted and properly accounted for by ADSPA and the CS Dean's Office when the relief operation is concluded.
2. A number of CS employees (faculty, administrative personnel and contractual support staff) and students have also suffered. At this point, they will be our priority concern. They can claim their relief packets in ADSPA during office hours.
