Flooded with blessings (and a healthy reminder)

For the Insecure

May you find security in the One who made you
     the All-Knowing, All-Powerful, All-Good God

May you recognize your gifts
     that are different from theirs
     but are equally special
     and are equally important

May you find joy in the path He has laid out for you

May your faith in Him increase in good and in bad times

May you find His peace
     for He is with you
     and that's all that matters

May you realize that
     He has already accepted you
     He has already forgiven
     and He is already transforming

In the Mighty Name of Jesus
     Insecurities be gone!
     Be healed!

And may you do unto others
     what God has done unto you.

Awesome 28

It's been an awesome 28 years with the simply awesome GOD.

The future can only be better. :)


It does one well to treat each day as a "birthday" --- if only to realize that one is special, and to be thankful for the One who makes each day and each person special.

On my Facebook wall, two friends greeted me with, "Happy na, birthday pa!" (Loosely translated as, "You're not just happy, it's your birthday too!") Indeed, indeed. :)

May we all be as blessed, more and more. With God, each day simply gets better. :)

had nothing to give...

Yesterday, had nothing to give caroling street kids... except a Christmas tree lollipop with flashing light. The smiles on their faces were priceless.

Some things are more important than money :)

They became kids again... i hope, so can we :)

celebrating YOU :)

dear Father, help me to just worship and honor You.


i am happy that Jesus is my friend, that i can communicate with You anytime *i* wanted to...

but help me worship You

as my God and King.

help me serve You

thank You for always extending Your hand

even as i jumped wholeheartedly into sin, darkness and despair

thank You for graciously letting me decide for myself

yet never letting me go

so that when the time came

when i can't handle things anymore

You were there to break my fall.

there is nothing i can do but celebrate YOU.
